"I can confirm that the new ECD blocks balance the mass correctly, without the need for rearranged mass suggested in T1100543. Section 5 of T1200314 explains why this was done. The new ECDs get us within 0.04mm of nominal C of G in the vertical and the beam directions (the roll direction always has a slightly bigger deviation due to the fact that the mass has a flag on one end but not the other).
