Abstract:

The document describes LIGO-India local and global coordinate systems needed for GW analyses. They correspond to most likely design values. We also have included matlab code used to generate these values. As a cross-check to make sure the code is fine, we produced GEO detector constants and the resultant values agree with the constants in LALDetector.h (to all 11 digits).
