This document change notice includes modifications to the finished dimensions of each glass former (D1002538-v3), of production lot #2, that are necessary (-v4) for optimal ring heater assemblies. The vendor has been given (D1002538-v4) and nine (9) parts from production lot #2 to be modified to satisfy this change.
