Notes and Changes:

Tried to clarify the use of the note, e.g. as built for the H2 TMS-Y sleds. Future sleds will have other parameters.

Also, updated the GRN sled layout parameters to the as-built. We modified the sled slightly by moving L3 closer to L2.
