Abstract:

LMA analytically bounds the E-field that can be achieved at 1064 nm on a reflector with T = 0.014 per the Advanced LIGO coating specification.

They find that it cannot go below 0.2 V/m but the spec is written as 0.01 V/m. This will require a spec change.
