Gouy phase ISC REFL telescope in HAM1, L1

Abstract:

The relative distance of the tip-tilts has been set according to version 9 of D1000313. Given these set of measurements: https://alog.ligo-la.caltech.edu/aLOG/index.php?callRep=10105 the sled has been changed so as to give ~80 degrees Gouy phase separation between the WFSs, with a spot size of about 0.45mm radius.

This configuration will be captured as v12 of D1000313.
