Abstract:

ETM11 Coating, ripple waiver
The ripple found on the test mass optics is not covered by our specifications, this type of aberration had not been seen in coatings. The optics were accepted on a basis of schedule need and probable sufficient performance. The expected effect of the spherical aberration is analyzed in T1300354
