ECR: Acquisition of green arm transmitted signals in ASC front-end

Abstract:

The arm initial alignment (dither alignment) code needs the green arm transmitted signals to be available in the ASC front-end. Those signals are currently only available in Beckhoff corner system. A DB9 cable and 4 ADC channels are required to make the signals available
