Abstract:

This procedure is meant to be used to clean ground glass barrels of aLIGO optics.
Ion gun notes:
When using the ion gun do not exceed 30psi from the N2 tank.
Replace ion gun filters every 3 months to reduce risk of re-contaminating the clean optics.
