Abstract:

This is a base document for the COC Testing tree as required by M1000211.

FM03 is found to change figure upon annealing for coating by ~30nm per cycle. We attempted a high temperature anneal at Corning, although the change rate went down, it was still not acceptable for use in aLIGO.

This substrate has been scrapped. Material was used to manufacture metrology spheres.
