Abstract:

This is a base document for the COC Testing tree as required by M1000211.

FM01 is found to change figure upon annealing for coating by ~30nm per cycle. We attempted a high temperature anneal at Corning, although the change rate went down, it was still not acceptable for use in aLIGO.

This material was used to fabricate metrology spheres for Advanced LIGO There is no longer a physical object FM01
