Abstract:

ETM02 has been found by annealing test to be mechanically unstable upon annealing at coating anneal temperatures. It has changed approx 50m ROC on S1.
This piece has been used as a coating Dummy at LMA upon our direction. It has an ITM coating on Side 1.
