Abstract:

These structures had been FTIR sampled prior to the Air Bake (see E1000163). The results were just on the edge of acceptable for the SURFACE samples taken of the Lower Structure units. Since the cleaning queue is pretty full, and we will be waiting to redo these structures, we thought we would resample them to learn more about where on the structures we have possibly left contamination behind. The resample was taken post-bake.
