Abstract:: The 2026 LIGO Scientific Collaboration (LSC) program and white papers are being issued as an updated version of the 2025 versions. For this cycle, we have applied only minor revisions. This approach reflects the ongoing effort across the LIGO Virgo KAGRA community to develop a coordinated International Gravitational-Wave Observatory Network (IGWN) program.
