Abstract:

S-Numbers are unique numbers used for identifying stuff that must be tracked. This form is the base template for an E-traveler. See T0900520 for instructions on the use of the E-traveler form.

Version 2 added another dropdown field on location and made some wording changes to the descriptions for better usage.

Adobe PDF version 8.0 and higher compatible.

These forms are fragile when it comes to DCC searching. Compatibility with DCC search tool must be verified for each new release of this form.
