Configuration Note:

All oven pumping components are protected by 1500VA or 2000VA rackmount-style UPS units below the oven. The turbo controllers and safety valves are connected to the UPS with inline "anti-restart" GFCIs.

In the event of an extended power failure the safety valve and turbo controller shuts off and triggers the anti-restart. When power is restored, the scroll pumps turn back on with a ~2 second delay between pumps to not overload the circuit with inrush current. The anti-restart function requires a person to valve the oven into a safe position and then manually reset the turbo controller and safety valve.

By default if ovens are not baking or waiting on scans, we valve the RGA's turbo out and pump with the 10L/s ion pump to preserve the RGA volume. For extended idling, everything is valved out except the ion pump, turbos are spun down, the scroll pumps are unplugged, and only the ion pump controller is running.
