Abstract:

PIDs of the two vacuum bake ovens located in the VPW at LHO.

Updated PID made for new vacuum ovens 4/2024, will be installed/reconfigured along with the install of the new oven chambers. This improves ease of use, consistency and vacuum safety.
Also included is a solidwokrs assembly of the PID
