ECR: GPS Rollover

Abstract:

We propose to upgrade the GPS receivers in the LIGO timing masters with newer pin-compatible models. The new modules are SSR-M8T with a rollover date on 6/2/35. This upgrade should be coordinated with a firmware upgrade to E1200032-v4.
