Notes and Changes:

We are making a number of small changes to the Rotary Beam
Diverter, D1100642-v8. The changes are all to off the shelf hardware, including
replacing some unvented screws with vented, adding vented washers, exchanging
PTFE washers for PEEK, and replacing one shaft collar style with another. Do
we need an ECR for these updates? Most of these have not been built, and those
that have will get retrofitted.
