Abstract:

The Uniblitz shutter controller uses OEM modules from Vincent Associates to control the in-air mechanical shutters. It also incorporates a shutter logic circuit that can be used to trigger shutter closure when a light level reaches a threshold. Two shutters can be controlled from a single half width 2U enclosure. The threshold level and the manual open/close commands are controlled from the EtherCAT system.
