Abstract:

Specification for the Advanced LIGO Thin Compensation Plate.

Applies to Advanced LIGO optics CP01 through CP09. The thickness is reduced from the original design of 130mm to a new thickness of 100mm for gas damping mitigation. This specification also incorporates New Barrel scuff language as described in C1000216
