Notes and Changes:

v4 updated after prototype build. There were lots of issues with the model, including interferences and misalignments. Changes included
-adding missing dimensions
-removing d cutout for bulkhead optical fiber connector (now integrated into insert panel)
-adding air holes in bottom face
-updating height of card mounting surface to match standoffs
-updating position of holes in longitudinal direction of chassis
-removing interferences in longitudinal direction of chassis by narrowing the width of the back panel side profile, both the distance between vertical faces of the panel and the extent of the bottom mounting flange
